1. General Conditions

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

• Prices and product availability may change without notice.

2. Products & Orders

• Our products are perishable food items. All descriptions and images are provided to the best of our ability, but slight variations may occur.

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.

• We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is out of stock or due to other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a member of our team will contact you and issue a full refund for the affected item(s).

3. Order Cancellations (Customer-Initiated)

• Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

• After this period, or once processing has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

• To request a cancellation, email support@tiendaelrincondelsabor.com immediately with your order number.

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, even if the order is canceled within the 1-hour window.

4. Processing & Shipping

• Orders take approximately 3–5 business days to process and ship.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the carrier confirms delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final.

• Refunds are only offered if an item arrives spoiled, damaged, or incorrect (see our Return Rules).

• Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@tiendaelrincondelsabor.com with photos.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Tienda El Rinconcito del Sabor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

• Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, beyond what is required by law.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA.
