Because our products are perishable, all sales are final.

We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • The item arrived spoiled, damaged, or opened
  • The wrong item was sent

To request a refund or replacement, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tiendaelrincondelsabor.com and include photos of the product and packaging.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
