Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates, Handling & Delivery

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • A flat $5 handling fee applies to every order, regardless of the number of items purchased.
  • Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the carrier.
  • We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delays & Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the carrier confirms delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
  • Perishable items may not be eligible for all shipping methods to ensure product quality.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Reshipping fees will apply if an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address.

Shipping & Handling Fees
