Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates, Handling & Delivery
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- A flat $5 handling fee applies to every order, regardless of the number of items purchased.
- Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the carrier.
- We currently ship within the United States only.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delays & Liability
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the carrier confirms delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
- Perishable items may not be eligible for all shipping methods to ensure product quality.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Reshipping fees will apply if an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address.
